Mr. Gérard Dupuis, 71, of Memramcook East NB passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, December 26, 2000 after a sudden illness. Born in Memramcook East, NB, he was the son of the late Jimmie Dupuis and the late Yvonne Landry.
 He attended Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church. He was a retired Grader Operator having worked tor MacDonald Paving for 25 years.
He Is survived by his wife, Jeanita (LeBlanc) Dupuis: two daughters, Yolande Dupuis of Memramcook East, Louise (Raymond) Lirette of Lakeville, NB; five sons: Fernand (Stella) Dupuis of Dieppe, Gilles (Linda) Dupuis of Haute-Aboujagane, Emery (Fryer) (Annette) Dupuis of Aboujagane Rd., Allain Dupuis and Roland Dupuis, both of Memramcook East; four sisters, Dorine (late Antoine) LeBlanc of St-Joseph, Marguerite (Ernest) of Chelsea, MA, Violette (Emile) Cormier of St-Joseph, Anise (Albert) LeBlanc of Memramcook East two brothers, Dollard (Doris) Dupuis of St-Joseph, Léo-Paul (Marie-Berthe) Dupuis of Memramcook East: five grandchildren, Nadine, Joey, Mathieu, Roméo, Joey; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by twin sons at birth; three brothers, Alyre, Yvon, Léandre.
Resting at Dupuis Funeral Home with the funeral service to be held al Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East on Thursday, December 28, 2000 at 7:00 pm with Father Ulysse LeBlanc officiating. Interment in the parish cemetery.
